Refund policy

30 days, full refund, no questions asked. If SermonScribe isn't useful to your sermon preparation, email indiemarketingarsenal@proton.me within 30 days of any payment and we'll refund it in full.

How it works

• Email us from the address you subscribed with, and mention "SermonScribe refund."
• We process the refund to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
• Your subscription is cancelled at the same time — no further charges.

After 30 days

Past the 30-day window, payments are non-refundable — but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. Just email us.

Archive data

If you cancel, your saved sermons remain available for 90 days so you can export them. Email us and we'll send you a copy of your archive.
